    Opportunity


    We are looking for a customer service professional with call centre experience. In your role, you will work alongside our customer care at our office in North Vancouver. We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, who excels at written and verbal communication.

    What you'll do

    • Tend to client needs with exceptional customer service skills
    • Provide cost estimates and pricing to new and existing clients over the phone, email and online chat
    • Dispatch, direct and conduct regular communication with field employees
    • Set and optimize the daily schedule of jobs while taking constraints and considerations into account
    • Assist Operations Managers with supporting and coaching field employees
    • Engage with customers and potential customers on various online platforms

    Required skills


    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
    • Ability to find creative solutions for issues and complaints
    • Manage work-related issues relating to individuals and teams
    • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems for scheduling and customer management
    • Great attention to detail
    • A positive team player who's keen to establish relationships with the team and get involved
    • Willing to travel
    • Social media and digital marketing experience is a plus

    Key requirements

    • University degree
    • At least 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
    • Valid Work Permit
    • Valid driver’s licence is preferred

Marketing Content Writer

    Opportunity


    We are looking for a creative digital marketing professional with campaign or content management experience. You thrive in the digital space and have a keen interest in social media, SEO/SEM and email marketing.

    What you'll do

    • Plan, execute and manage a cohesive marketing content calendar that includes blog posts, social media, online giveaways, email blasts, email marketing funnels, physical promotions and influencer/partnership content
    • Plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote online product sales and service bookings
    • Provide written content for all online platforms and work with our designer to select and edit images to be repurposed for use online
    • Manage website content and ensure that it is optimized for SEO and user experience
    • Work with digital marketing strategists to execute SEO/SEM, Display Re-Targeting and Acquisition and PPC campaigns
    • Support product development, sales and distribution with marketing and content collateral as needed

    Key skills and requirements

    • Degree/Diploma in marketing or relevant work experience
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Analytical and creative thinking
    • Experience with Adobe Suite, SalesForce, HubSpot is a plus
    • Eager and willing to learn all facets of the business
